Taping can be very beneficial in recovering from an injury. It can also help prevent re-injury when returning to sport or work. Taping can be done to improve your posture of de-load overused tendons or muscles. 

Different taping techniques are provided including using rigid or kinesiotape (Rock tape). It can be done as part of your session or you can come in just for taping if that is all that is needed. We are open Saturday mornings for anyone that needs to be taped up for their weekend sport.
